If you are not totally satisfied with our tea products then you are entitled to full refund of the products price.
Teas cannot be returned but replacements and refunds can be arranged. Contact must be made within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part. There is a 15% restocking fee for all teaware and accessories that are returned without fault. All returns must have a return authorization number from a Culinary Teas service representative or you will not receive a credit. Credits will be given as in-store credits that can be used on future orders.
