Use on anything from fish, oysters to shrimp. Delicious with salmon and tilapia fillets. It has a little bit of heat and may be closer to a Cajun seasoning than a Creole seasoning. Some other great uses are in dirty rice, fries, vegetables or anything that you want to give some Cajun flavor to.
Ingredients: granulated garlic, black pepper, sea salt, domestic paprika, granulated onion, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper and basil.
