How to Make Iced Tea Concentrate

"Iced tea is a year round beverage in Tucson. I brew enough tea concentrate to last several days.To make the concentrate, add 3/4 cup (not packed) tea leaves to an 8 cup teapot, add boiling water and brew for 6 minutes; then strain the concentrate into a half gallon refrigerator jar.Let the concentrate cool, add cold water to fill the jar. then refrigerate. To make a glass of iced tea: Fill the glass with one part tea concentrate and four parts ice cold water. Enjoy!  My personal summer favorites are Mango and Passion Fruit iced tea, and in cooler months I favor Cranberry Orange or Monks Blend."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Nora Wilson, Tucson, AZ
