The Moon in her sorrow caused a great wind to blow through the hills and valleys, bringing about a quick drop in temperature. The next morning, local tea pickers went out to collect their fresh leaf. To their surprise, when the tea was processed, it had developed an amazing milky character, which was attributed to the motherly qualities of the old Moon.
Premium Milk Oolong is a semi fermented tea having a naturally occurring buttery and creamy taste with light orchid notes. It is said that these flavors develop when there are sudden and dramatic weather changes while the tea leaves are growing. Also, during the withering process, the temperatures are carefully automated and regulated.
