Be Gentle with this Tea

This tea can bite you if you treat it badly. Take into consideration the very small particles. This is a delicate tea. I do not suggest using temps above 170F. If you're brewing gongfu, I have found it gives smooth, delightful floral qualities around 150-160F without the strong tannic reaction. 10 sec steeps gave me more than 4 brews.

Delightful if treated gently. However, if you like a tannic bite, higher temps, longer brews and this tea will give you what you ask for.
