    The taste has a “special something”

    this is my favorite tea. The second time I ordered, it was not quite right - as if the tea had gone bad. I called customer service and they sent another straight away without any difficulty or hesitation. In a world where customer service is now lacking, Culinary Teas rose to the occasion and it was a very pleasant transaction. The replacement tea arrived quickly and was in good condition
