The best time of the year for quality Darjeeling is during second flush (end May - end June). Elegantly full-bodied tea with lovely muscatel character. Good value from the Mim Estate.

    A Flavorful Darjeeling.

    I always loved a good Darjeeling 2nd Flush and needed some tea bags for travel. I received though my shipment with faulty containers.. My loose leaf Mexican Cocoa opened up. I talked with Mohamed at Culinary and he explained that they were waiting for their usual higher quality containers. He was nice and sending a gift card. So I am sipping now the Darjeeling on the road on my way on PCH to my mothers. Delicious tea. Full bodied with that nice muscatel finish. An excellent value for 50 tea bags. A classic afternoon tea. I'm sipping while munching on a very dark chocolate. Lovely together. I will order more of the Darjeeling Mim in the future.

    I have a cup of darjeeling mim tea every afternoon. It is the best darjeeling I have ever encountered, being wonderfully full-bodied tea without being heavy.
