    Fantastic Blues

    I made a pot of this tea and called my family over to watch what happens. They saw that the tea was pouring out of the tea pot, blue. I added a few drops of lime juice and they watched it turn deep purple. "Oooooooooo's and ahhhhhhhhhh's" were said. I added agave nectar to sweeten and we drank it hot. This tea is fantastically delicious! I will buy more of this tea.
