    The name of this tea intrigued me and the intricate layers of flavor, moving from delicate to bold, hooked me! I use xylitol in every tea I drink - except this one. This tea stands on it's own. The chameleon like changes from first sip to the exhale are delightful. It is the best herbal tea I have ever tasted!
