We custom blended this mulling spice to make the best mulled cider or wine ever. Believe us when we say that everyone will ask you what you added to the cider and where can they get it.

We suggest 2 tablespoon of spice for a half gallon of cider. Place it in a Teatime 4 cup 2 1/2 inch mesh ball infuser and let steep for 30 minutes.

  • Hot tea brewing method: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of mulling spices per cup of water or cider and place in your teapot. (You can also use a tea infuser if desired.) Infuse with boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain as you pour into your cup and savor one of nature's best offerings!

    Iced tea brewing method (for one pitcher): (NOTE: Do Not Pour Hot Liquid directly into a Glass Pitcher) Put 6 teaspoons loose mulling spices into a 5-6 cup teapot. Infuse with boiling water pr cider and steep 5-7 minutes. Strain and pour gently into your pitcher. If you wish, you can add ice into the pitcher or pour over ice into a tall glass.
