Good Matcha Starts With... Good Matcha
A great matcha latte starts with the matcha itself. Ours comes from Uji, Kyoto, one of Japan’s most renowned tea-growing regions, and is crafted from Yabukita and Gokou cultivars.
Vibrant green, incredibly fine, and naturally smooth, it has a rich umami flavor with a subtle sweetness and none of the harsh bitterness you might expect from lower-grade matcha. It’s bold enough to stand up to milk, while still being smooth enough to enjoy on its own.
And quality goes beyond what you can see and taste. Every batch is independently tested for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury using ICP-MS laboratory analysis.
