Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with our tea products then you are entitled to a full refund of the products' price, with the exception of 1 oz. tea samples, which are intended to be a low cost way of trying new tea. We encourage you to order a 1 oz. sample of a tea that you are trying for the first time.

Opened teas cannot be returned but replacements and refunds can be arranged. Contact must be made within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
