    Lovely tea, my first experience with a Darjkeeling.

    If this is what muscatel and nuttiness taste like, I love it! It made a very light and very flavorful tea,
    I bought 5 samples to try and 3 so far have been beyond delicious. I'm officially impressed with the selection Culinary Teas has. I usually drink a strong malty Assam, but I'm so happy I got to try these teas. Very good tea!!!

    Tukdah estate Darjeeling (First Flush)

    Darjeeling Teas are among the most flavorful and delightful of all the teas grown around the world. A first flush (or Spring harvested) tea has the highest flavor peak making it more rare and expensive than a second flush (autumn harvested) tea which is more comparable to an Assam tea. Each of the tea gardens (or estates) produces its own unique flavor of Darjeeling Tea. Prices can vary widely even from the same estate year unto year. It's always a treat to find a "first flush" Darjeeling at a "second flush" price.

    I adore Darjeeling tea, and Tukdah TGFOP from Culinary Teas is one of the finest I've had. This is an exquisitely delicious Darjeeling. It's a rich first flush with a lovely floral aroma and fine flavors of sweet muscatel and nuts. Great body that is reminiscent of a juicy Assam. This is now my go to Darjeeling. Positively luscious!
