I bought this because a local coffee shop sold earl grey infused lattes and they were delicious, but then they took it off the menu. I wanted to be able to make my own at home. I have added about 1/2 tsp of the earl grey powder to my normal morning latte (A2 whole milk, double shot espresso, maple and salt) and it is perfect. I have also made an earl grey simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp earl grey powder). This I have used to make earl grey gin sours, and it's now my favorite cocktail. Also, great just as the tea itself.
Tastes good but real strong earl grey tea easy to make
Otherwise good
Well, where to begin. The packaging and the website have two very different directions. Following either or yield different results. The products seem cheaply made and after the first use it is confirmed. The whisk breaks off easily, thank God for the strainer. And there's really nothing special to the earl grey, no different than your over the counter earl grey which was very disappointing.
Excellent. Excited to be able to make a quality London Fog at home. Already ordered more. Nice addition to my chai and matcha rotation.
This stuff is so delicious and easy to use. Super fine powder so it doesnt have a grainy texture or anything. I only wish it were more affordable so I could use it in baked goods.
