Earl Grey Matcha

I really wanted to like this product. However, I do like the powder concept. I made an iced Earl Grey latte with oat milk. The latte tasted like pepper corn for me. I just couldn't get pass that taste. I won't be purchasing it again.

I love all types of teas but particularly those that are good for lattes and this makes a great latte with oat milk. I also added some date caramel for sweetness. I love matcha but heard it’s not good to drink everyday so now I switch it up with this.

The Earl Grey Matcha was even better than I expected. I have made an Earl Grey Iced Latte every day since receiving. So refreshing and delicious.

I'm such a huge fan of earl grey and especially the taste and smell of bergamot. The matcha was a little concerning to me at first due to the slight medicinal smell, but after I whisked it in hot water it bloomed into a super fragrant bergamot smell. Poured it over ice with oat milk and it tastes absolutely delicious! Earl grey tea is usually a little weak for my liking so this matcha is perfect for my drinks. I'm going to experiment by adding espresso or steaming the milk next time. I got the sample 1 oz size but this is seriously making me consider paying for a larger size, even though the price is a little high for my student funds.
