Organic Hibiscus Matcha

Our newest sensation, Hibiscus matcha.

According to natural health practitioners, drinking a tisane made from hibiscus flowers may also be good for heart health. Specifically, hibiscus tea is thought to prevent hypertension and lower blood pressure, thanks to the presence of flavonoids and high levels of Vitamin C within its petals.

To help you max out the benefits of this heart-affirming flower, we've sourced luxury grade organic hibiscus leaves and passed it through our Japanese matcha mill. (Remember, when you drink matcha, you're consuming and digesting the actual leaves themselves.)

    Great flavor and concept

Love it! It tastes so juicy and good. Beautiful color and it’s flavor is not too tart. The only thing that might be an issue is that it tends to be pretty clumpy with hard clumps. They do work out when pressed through a fine mesh strainer, though. But my customers have been very happy with it!

Read the label. I’m annoyed it’s not actually a matcha tea.

Sure, it’s my fault for not reading the ingredients list, but the name “hibiscus matcha” and the info saying it’s “loose tea powder” lead me to believe this was a matcha/hibiscus combination.

It’s pure powered hibiscus, which is not a tea but a tisane. The hibiscus is the powdered and blended to drink “like matcha”, but no actual matcha.
