Roasted Vegetable Seasoning

With a bit of sweetness that will enhance the natural caramelization of the roasted vegetables.  There's a bit of heat and some tangy undertones.  So properly roasting vegetables achieves a delightful golden color with a bit of crisping or slight charring around the edges.

Ingredients:  garlic, salt, paprika, onion, black pepper, thyme, red bell pepper, molasses, oregano and serrano.
