Salmon Rub

This rub is the ideal compliment to salmon.  It adds a hint of smoky sweetness with a little bit of background heat.  No matter how you cook your salmon it turns out perfect every time.

Ingredients:  brown sugar, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, cacao powder, cumin and red pepper flakes.
