Oolong means black dragon. It is the most aromatic of the Chinese teas. The process of fermenting oolong is unique. The leaves are withered in the sun and oxidized before the tea is curled or twisted into its final form.
Before brewing oolong first take a moment to look at the leaves. Close your eyes and "wake them up" by inhaling and exhaling on them three times to enjoy the aroma. Oolong will share its fragrance, which is compared to the blossoms of many flowers.
