Green tea helps to prevent cancer, heart disease, weight gain and diabetes. There is a high concentration of antioxidants in green tea that neutralize free radicals and help to rejuvenate the body and increase health and happiness. Fruit flavored tea can enhance the flavor.
It is better to use cold tea and I usually start with green tea.
Green Fruit Smoothies
1 cup of spinach
1-2 cups cold
Long Island Strawberry Sencha Tea or
Blue Mango Green1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen) or one apple
1 banana
piece of fresh ginger and lemon zest
In the blender first blend tea with spinach, then add all other ingredients.
