1. When making tea ALWAYS USE a GOOD quality tea. It may cost more, but you'll
get more bang per pound.
2. Use spring water to brew it. Only good water makes a great cup of tea
3.Use the right ratio of tea. Too much can be bitter even with the softest flavors.
4.Make sure your water is the right temperature and NEVER steep it longer than
indicated for the type you are brewing.
5. When brewing for friends, make sure the pots that are used are china, earthenware,
and stainless steel. Avoid enamel and tin.
6 And if adding milk, wait for the last possible minute, don't add it too soon.
