Why is Darjeeling called the Champagne of Teas?

As Champagne grapes are only used for the French sparkling wines from region of Champagne in France, Darjeeling teas come only from Darjeeling Region, located on the foothill  of Himalayas.
Tea gardens are located at an altitudes of up to 4000 feet above sea level, where the soil is slightly acidic.

Peaches as a Symbol of Longevity and Immortality

 
In China, the peach  is considered a  blessed fruit, a  symbol of longevity and immortality.
According to Chinese mythology, the goddess of the palace near Xi-wang-mu, the wife of the Jade Emperor and the patron saint of Taoist sages, called The Immortals, was growing a peach tree. She revered this tree for its significance as a source of immortality.
